We are pleased to offer delivery through many third parties. Occasionally there is an issue with on of our partners. Unfortunately, SPUD is not associated with or in partnership with any delivery service. All issues with a delivery MUST be handled by the customer and taken up with the delivery service directly. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact us either way so we can be aware of the issue and try to make it right for you in other ways.
Spud cannot provide refunds for delivery orders. No employee will be authorized to supply cash refunds at any time.
